Who we are

Node Health is a digital health platform operated by Suede Medical. The platform helps customers, clinicians, partner clinics, and authorised administrators manage pathology information, wearable-device data, telehealth workflows, and related health insights.

Information we collect

We collect information needed to provide and secure the platform, including:

  • account details such as name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and role;
  • profile and administrative details entered by the user, clinician, partner, or platform administrator;
  • health information, pathology documents, biomarker results, clinical notes, and report metadata;
  • wearable-device data and connected-device import history where a user chooses to connect a device;
  • telehealth, consultation, workflow, audit, and support activity;
  • technical information such as login activity, device/browser information, security logs, and error logs.

How we use information

We use personal and health information to:

  • provide, maintain, and secure the Node Health platform;
  • show health dashboards, report summaries, trends, and clinician workflow information;
  • allow authorised clinicians, partner administrators, and platform administrators to support users;
  • send transactional notifications such as account invitations, password resets, security alerts, and document-ready notices;
  • monitor service quality, detect misuse, troubleshoot errors, and comply with legal obligations;
  • generate de-identified or aggregated operational insights where reasonably practical.

Health information

We treat health information as sensitive information. Access is limited to the user, authorised platform staff, authorised partner or clinic staff, and service providers who need access to operate the platform. Health information should not be used as a substitute for medical advice from a qualified clinician.

Sharing information

We may share information with:

  • clinicians, clinics, or partners connected to the user's care or account workflow;
  • service providers that help operate hosting, email, storage, security, analytics, support, and telehealth infrastructure;
  • regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties where required by law;
  • successor organisations if the platform or business is transferred, subject to appropriate privacy safeguards.

Email and notifications

We use email for transactional platform messages. Health-report emails are designed to avoid placing detailed pathology results or clinical values in the email body. Where possible, emails direct users to sign in securely to view detailed information. More detail is available in our Email Notification Policy.

Security

We use technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect personal and health information, including access controls, audit logging, encrypted transport, secure hosting practices, and operational monitoring. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so users should keep their account credentials private and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.

Access and correction

Users may ask to access or correct personal information held about them. Some account details can be updated directly in the platform. Other requests can be made using the contact details below.
